My wife has been very with CDA Honda service in the past for regular maintainence so when we needed tires and a battery I started there. I found his prices were VERY competitive for all products and services. We scheduled the service at our convenience and Todd was waiting at the appointed time with all paperwork prepared and ready for us. All work was performed as promised and on time!!! I've had a regularly scheduled appointment for an oil change and I mentioned to Chris that it seemed like there was an excessive amount of brake dust lately on my left front wheel. She had all the brake change and I mentioned to Chris that it seemed like there was an excessive amount of brake dust lately on my left front wheel. She had all the brakes checked out and they were fine. She explained that I probably had lessor quality after market pads installed at a previous brake shop that I had gone to and that was the reason I was seeing a more than normal amount of brake dust on my wheels. She made me feel at ease knowing that my brakes were fine for now as I do a lot of driving over to Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. When it is time to replace these brake pads; I fully intend to have Chris and Coeur d' Alene Honda do the work for me. Thank You, John Nagel More

Salesman was rude and insulting when we could not agree on sales price for used truck ($14K cash offer vs $15.6K asking) and told me to leave by sternly yelling across the sales room "see ya later" as I sa on sales price for used truck ($14K cash offer vs $15.6K asking) and told me to leave by sternly yelling across the sales room "see ya later" as I sat waiting for the answer to my offer... clearly telling me to leave the building. The whole negotiating tone of with the salesman was arrogant and disrespectful all around. During negotiating discussions, he told me I suggested his truck was a "P.O.S." when the worst i said was a matter of fact that the tires were too worn to rate high retail book price (~15K book) and 14K was the most I was willing to pay today. I did/do not use language like "P.O.S.". He also pulled out his dealer card and tossed it on the table at me to prove that he knew car car market more than me. We were not that far apart in price that he should be insulted and he decided to get the deal or burn the bridge when I would not go to $15.6K. When I called back to report my experience to the G. manager he said that if he got more negative reports he would consider doing something about it, but otherwise just ask the salesman about it. I expected an apology call and an attempt to rebuild bridge, but demeaning treatment is the way they left it... The only thing I got was offer from GM that I could work with a different salesman. I got the "don't let the door hit you on the way out" treatment so I am out. More
