I have always dreaded the whole car buying process and find it very unpleasant -- one to be avoided, if possible. Terry changed that overwhelming dread for me. CDA Honda is a good one to stay away from I bought a used car that was supposed to have gone through an extensive inspection by their shop. They should have picked up on the leaking radiator I bought a used car that was supposed to have gone through an extensive inspection by their shop. They should have picked up on the leaking radiator that I immediately had to replace at my expense. They also underestimated the licensing cost for Washington State so it cost me another $100 out of pocket on that one. My emails to their sales manager went unanswered but I did get a reply back from one of my contacts from the initial salesman. I won't buy another car from them after paying their full asking price and being met with these surprises soon after the purchase. More

He actually professed how honest he was and then totally lied to me that he could no longer get Honda hats. All I wanted was a $10 Honda hat. I am in sales also and every purchase made with me they receive a free hat with our logo. I explained that to Terry that I would like to receive the same thing. Once the deal was done he no interest in holding up that end of the bargain. Its not the hat its the principal. When you say you are going to do something you do it. More
