The quality of service was simply amazing! An emergency light on my Acura RDX indicated a serious engine problem which required immediate attention. The only option was for me to go to Coeur D' An emergency light on my Acura RDX indicated a serious engine problem which required immediate attention. The only option was for me to go to Coeur D'Alene Honda. Within minutes the Assistant Service Manager, Tim Rowe, took charge of the car. After two hours the car was ready. They had performed an engine test and had test-driven the car for 20 miles. No issue was found. The entire job including the engine test was free of charge. Tim Rowe and Sidney, the dealership shuttle driver, are wonderful people. Tim very attentive, competent and friendly. Sidney, attentive and kind. Five stars to Coeur D'Alene Honda! We bought a Crosstour in 2014, and when we decided to buy another car, we included this dealership in our search. This time, our salesperson was Chez Maxwell. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciate having the saleperson suggest a trial route to show us how the car handles. All other dealers just said "drive anywhere." We're not familiar with CDA, so having a route that showed us acceleration, parking ease, etc was a BIG help. A hint for WA buyers who don't live in Spokane County. If you buy from a Spokane dealer, you'll still pay Spokane County sales tax. Buying in ID means we pay sales tax to our WA county, a lower rate that Spokane. More
