The first half of my experience was great, the salesman wasn’t a typical car salesman (which is why it’s not one star). I was looking at a 20 year Blazer that seemed to be in fantastic condition. I’m thoro wasn’t a typical car salesman (which is why it’s not one star). I was looking at a 20 year Blazer that seemed to be in fantastic condition. I’m thorough when looking at used cars. I check everything to make sure I’m not buying something that is gonna cost me thousands of dollars to fix, right after I buy it. The vehicle was almost perfect. I was just about done and ready to deal when the sales manager comes out with a stink eye and then makes a rude comment about my research of the vehicle and that other people came to look at it. I was within 5 seconds of going in and buying that thing, but that moment just pissed me off and made me wonder if something else was wrong with the vehicle that they were hiding, other than the small things that I found. I tried shrugging it if, but still went inside to talk to the salesman. They also let the other people test drive it after I went inside to deal. So I told the salesman that he didn’t lose the sale, it was the sales manager then got up and left. I’m in sales and would never treat a customer as he did. So, if you are one that checks everything when buying a used vehicle, I wouldn’t suggest buying from Coeur d A’lene Honda. More
