Came in and the car was ready, Shiny and clean. We took care of paperwork within an hour, no hassle and everyone was friendly. Came back the next day with a few tech. questions and Marcus took the time to explain everything so we would understand. This is the way a car sale should go. Would recommend Marcus as a sales person to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

My wonderful salesperson was Marcus Rodriquez. I was so indecisive in what car I wanted. Explained that I had scheduled appointments with other dealerships to test drive their cars and I was only I was so indecisive in what car I wanted. Can't say enough good things about Coeur d'Alene Honda. Everyone there is friendly and professional. We were introduced to Marcus and couldn't be happier with the experience. He took a lot of time listening to what I was looking for in a vehicle; went above and beyond to make sure that the Honda Pilot would provide all the things I needed...even helping me move my dog crates from my current vehicle into the Pilot to make sure they would fit.
