Was told it would take 2 days and it took 2 weeks. Bought my new F-250 for my business 3months later AC quit working. Part took little more then 2 months to get in, arrival date changing twice barely got fixed. Coconut point ford could not provide a truck fo working. Part took little more then 2 months to get in, arrival date changing twice barely got fixed. Coconut point ford could not provide a truck for me to use the whole time so me and my guys suffered this Florida heat in a truck with no Ac to escape form the heat. Needed the oil change so they did it same day as AC. Being such an inconvenience for so long you would think they would at least comp the oil change or detail it or something but no. Had to pay the extra insurance for the few hr car rental i got from hertz while they changed the part so more money and time out of my life. Being such a big company and that being the second new vehicle i have bought from there within a few years you would think they would have done something little more to make it right. But pretty much got an F U Either way wont be stepping foot back in coconut point ford. Just a complete horrible experience for being a new vehicle. More
