I took my 2014 Ford Fiesta in on Monday 2/10/20 for an oil change and fuel induction service. When I went to pay the bill it seemed higher that usual for this service. I asked the cashier if there had been a price increase on the fuel induction service, but she didn't know. Later I spoke to Dylan McDonnell at the service desk and asked him how much a fuel induction service was. He said $169.95. I then said my service was $220.49. He checked my bill and said that I had gotten the GDI fuel induction service. I asked what that was and he explained it was a more involved service and so more expensive. I said I wished that someone had told me about the price difference at the beginning so that I could have made a decision as to which service I wanted, Unfortunately I was given an unwanted $50.00 surprise at check out. More

Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to go back and then they found it, but i wasn't charged for the plug due to the miss. It was a very cold morning and when they inflated the plugged tire, it was over-inflated, When i got on the road and the tire wormed up, the pressure was at 45 psi, which was 5 psi higher than the other tires, so i had to let a little air out of it. More
