Check engine light came on again after 5 miles following service for same problem. Took it back to dealer and they said the light was now off but there was something else wrong and they couldnt determine wh service for same problem. I needed a battery replacement as well as “the works” oil change. Some of the checks/inspections of the oil change were not completed and I had my rims damaged during the tire rotation. Brian Kline rose to the occasion as I wrote him an email detailing my issues and how pissed I was about everything in general. I left it up to him to right the wrongs; long story short, my rims were repaired well beyond my expectations and “the works” charges were taken care of. This goes out to Brian and others who helped this crappy situation become a positive one; THANK YOU! While I now have “repaired rims” instead of having them in their original OEM state, I’m overall pleased with the outcome as I know that Brian/CP Ford management could’ve simply denied their fault in damaging my rims and could have made this scenario much worse for me…as well as for them. Thank you, again! More
