2014 Ford Escape 4 door It cost us $250+ to find out what is wrong (diagnostic only). You stated that we needed 2 Rear shocks (@ $233.50 each) 2 rear springs (@$209.25 each) to the tune of $2,300 that what is wrong (diagnostic only). You stated that we needed 2 Rear shocks (@ $233.50 each) 2 rear springs (@$209.25 each) to the tune of $2,300 that includes a front end alignment. Yes you heard me, $2,300 for 2 rear shocks. On the estimate you even counted the 4 installation bolts @ an additional $11.88 each and nuts @ $6.56 each. Your labor cost was $207.74/per hour. We went elsewhere ( a local mom and pop) and it cost just under $900.00. (2 shocks, springs were fine, and it was the rear sway bar that was the culprit with a front end alignment). Just think, it would have cost the $2,300 AND NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM! Way to go Team! What really got me was when I got there, was you “stated” normally you (Coconut Ford) don’t work on Ford cars around 10 yrs old. Let me understand, one buys a Ford, has it maintained by Ford ( mostly you in the last 10 yrs ) and after 10 yrs of loyalty your advising me to go elsewhere due to the age of the vehicle. I purchased new tires for my truck yesterday I called a week ago and asked about 2 different tires and was told not to worry they always have them Then I asked about an appointment and was told to just ge week ago and asked about 2 different tires and was told not to worry they always have them Then I asked about an appointment and was told to just get here in the morning and we will get it done. I got there at 830. I was then informed that they could get it done by 430-500. Then I was told they didn’t have the Michelin tire I wanted but they did have a different one. Then I asked if your not doing the work till later in the day can you get the Michelin tires They said yes so at lest I got the tires I wanted. Then i got home and noticed scratches/groves on all all my rims that are the same. They look to to have come from the tire changing machine. I brought the truck back this morning 10/13. They acknowledged the damage but don’t have time to compare it to the machine till next week. I explained that I will be out of town starting Sunday for 2 weeks. I think it should have been looked at before things had a chance to change. More

I was a new Quick Lane user in for my first service since buying my Mustang. I didn’t know where to go, got in the wrong lane, jumped ahead of another car awaiting entry, and generally created a fuss because buying my Mustang. I didn’t know where to go, got in the wrong lane, jumped ahead of another car awaiting entry, and generally created a fuss because I couldn’t understand the service agent’s question. I am VA rated profoundly deaf. Your service agents might notice the hard-of-hearing with all white hair. Nevertheless, I got in, was service, and happy with my first Coconut Point Quick Lane service. Your Receptionist was very helpful.. Thank you. More
