Not impressed with this team. I moved to Florida from Michigan where the Quicklane service is actually quick. This Quicklane has enough help to get the job done efficiently howeve I moved to Florida from Michigan where the Quicklane service is actually quick. This Quicklane has enough help to get the job done efficiently however there seems to be a whole lot of nothing going on. I also have tried calling service for recall appointments and can’t get through to anyone. The one time I did get through they said they could offer a Mobil service to take care of one of my recalls, however my call was dropped on their end and I’ve not heard back from them. Quick lane is not quick. Took over 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change and I noticed vehicles arriving after me completed first.
