I made my appointment by phone for recall #22S06 (backup camera). When I arrived I was told I had to leave the car, preferably over night. The service writer said the person accepting my appointment should have informed me that the recall would take considerable time to complete. While I was in the service department it was suggested to me that I not reschedule until after the "snowbirds" leave because they are too busy in the winter. More
