Went in for an oil change, woke up the next day to a blob of oil on my driveway. Not looking forward to the long drive back to Coconut Point to get it fixed. Jorge in service was great! Communication about the vehicle during the build was great. Vehicle on delivery was nice and clean. Tom Spicer was a great person to work with. Will never bring my truck back to this place or buy a truck from them again. I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. I believed it to be an issue with the emissions. I do think they diagnosed this problem correctly, but then proceeded to tell me several other issues with the truck. All of which were nonsense and going to be costly to the tune of $9000 plus. Then they acted like it was a miscommunication. Bunch of buffoons working at this place. Took my truck to an honest mechanic and fixed my truck for $500. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place unless you enjoy paying for “repairs “ you don’t need. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN! More

I worked with Desiree to get new tires on my Explorer. She was great and able to get me in the same day I contacted her. The text notification system to keep me in the loop during the process worked grea She was great and able to get me in the same day I contacted her. I have never had a bad experience at Coconut Point and will continue to go there for service. More
