I worked with Desiree to get new tires on my Explorer. She was great and able to get me in the same day I contacted her. The text notification system to keep me in the loop during the process worked grea She was great and able to get me in the same day I contacted her. in my opinion Coconut Fords service department is top notch! The service manager is extremely courteous and helpfull. They got my vehicle in and resolved my issue very quickly.
