Stopped in to get a battery replaced. I figured an hour or more by the time it would be done. I sat down in the waiting room with a cup of their coffee and in no more than 15 minutes the service advisor came in and told me it was all ready to go! Cashed out and was on my way in less than a half hour total. Very happy with this experience. Thanks! More

The staff was very nice but the quick lane oil change took over three hours. I was told to make an appointment for service, the next available date and time was in February. That’s three months away. The issues were not completely fixed. I’ve had my vehicle there twice now. First time I was told that I didnt need a new battery, and that I needed to bring it to Service. Two weeks la I’ve had my vehicle there twice now. First time I was told that I didnt need a new battery, and that I needed to bring it to Service. Two weeks later, I was able to get it in to Service. I told Patrick was exactly was not working. I did not have a vehicle for 6 hrs. Today I drove the truck and the seats are still screwed up. The drivers seat does not go back when I turn off the vehicle, and it does not go into position when I start the vehicle. I was specific with Patrick when I brought it in that this was the main issue along with the auto start./Stop didn’t work (Which is working now) I am quite frustrated that Patrick has not gotten back to me about this issue. I reached out to him via text early this morning. I’m quite unhappy that I now have to drive it to you for a third time to have the issue hopefully, corrected. That means time for my schedule and gas in my car. I’m quite disappointed in the technician at your establishment. Perhaps Patrick did not explain to the technician about the seat. I would like the seat fixed as I was told, without further charge. More
