I didn’t really want to express my horrible experience yesterday but I guess I should. I've been with coconut point Ford since 2014. I went for an oil change and some other work well first of all they only have 1 guy and he’s only doing oil change really a whole dealership only 1 guy ruining the shop. okay so I did oil change but guess what the only one guy mechanic forgot to put the engine oil cap back on, so as I had to drive back to Miami. while I’m driving on 75 I noticed a smell of burning coming from the hood and once I open the hood I see smoke coming from the engine and the cap just sitting there!!! Really you are going to ruin my engine for this mistake. I drove back to the dealership, and I spoke with Steve from the parts department, and he didn't care about anything. He said to go to the quick lane and speak to George, he will help you!! George from quick lane that actually care and was able to help me!! I’m sorry to say name I don’t usually trying to mention anyone’s name so they don’t get in trouble but I’m still angry and very upset about the whole situation!! Well they changed the oil and put the cap back on and cleaned under the hood form all the oil but who know what the engine look like now!!! More

I received excellent, quick service and the staff explained they would change the oil and put in a new battery. Stopped in to get a battery replaced. I figured an hour or more by the time it would be done. I brought into to the Quick Lane, was greeted immediately, very friendly service advisor, s I figured an hour or more by the time it would be done. I brought into to the Quick Lane, was greeted immediately, very friendly service advisor, said they would get to it just as soon as possible. I sat down in the waiting room with a cup of their coffee and in no more than 15 minutes the service advisor came in and told me it was all ready to go! Cashed out and was on my way in less than a half hour total. Very happy with this experience. Thanks! More
