Two weeks ago took my car in needed motor mount.Had coolant & fuel flushed out also thanks to Paul reminding me.Paul Niemiec was my representative. He got done what needed to be fixed with the mechanic if course. Called next day picked my car up was still under warranty. On Thursday the 8th had to take her back in. Something broke up front, my warranty had expired on the 6th. On the way out He told me not charging you for diagnostic there something going on & we are going to take care of you to get you back on the road. Walked next door to see Bill Carrozza for another extended warranty he had allmy information saved from phone call night before. Bill explained in detail what each warranty would cover. He hooked me up with best plan. Next day around 9am Paul calls & says Tonia your car ready to pick up. I was shocked how quick it was. My caliper spring broke so it was quick job.when asked him what my bill was he said look you put new brakes on year ago, that he talked to Brian (guess the boss) & Brian told him don't charge her. This was the 5th vehicle I have purchased from Coconut Point/Galloway over the last 18 years. Got screwed even harder this time than the last time. Guess I just don't learn my lessons well. The salesman w Point/Galloway over the last 18 years. Got screwed even harder this time than the last time. Guess I just don't learn my lessons well. The salesman will look you in the eye and lie to you to make the sale. They don't care about anything other than making the sale. Customer service for a 5 time customer, HAH! They could care less. After screwing me over on my trade, I simply asked for a 2nd key fob for a used 2023 F-150 Lariat I purchased. "Oh, you can buy one" they said. Now as I referenced above, I may not be the brightest bulb on the string, but I'm pretty sure the guy that traded that leased vehicle in was charged for not returning the 2nd key fob, but I now have to purchase the other one. Thanks for nothing! The salesman looked me in the eye and said," that's the most we can give you for your trade, that's what we're selling them for". Then put it on their lot for $10,000 more than what they gave me. Now, I understand they need to make a profit, but $10,000 profit? Plus, the probably $10,000 the made on the one I purchased. I get it. They are in business to make money, but $20,000 on one deal without throwing in a 2nd key fob is just pure greed. Not as if they will care, but I think it is safe to assume I will not be purchasing any more vehicles from these dealerships. More
