Coconut Creek Mazda has only been open a couple weeks and yet the dealership seemed to run smoothly. All associates were friendly, courteous and willing to pitch in. I was only coming in to get my nor and yet the dealership seemed to run smoothly. All associates were friendly, courteous and willing to pitch in. I was only coming in to get my normal maintenance on my CX5 but they asked if we could discuss a possible trade in deal. From the word go, I was treated with respect and not like someone that could be taken advantage of because I am a woman. The sales team including Sep, Santiago and Joey took time to find a car for me to test drive and begain the process of working a deal. They brought in Tony to crunch numbers and he made it clear he wanted to make me comfortable with whatever deal we were going to make. Mind you, I was not an easy sell because I do love my CX5, but Tony knew I really liked th new CX5 I drove. To help make the deal more appealing he brought in Hahan, Fabio and Mark. I was very impressed with the team work between all of the men. While yes, they were trying to make a sale, they were not trying to get me into a situation I was not comfortable with financially. The never tried to upsell or downsell of that matter. In the end, after running the numbers with my husband over the phone, we were not able to make a deal. That said, all of the gentlemen mentioned above did not once treat me with ill will. Instead, they thanked me for coming in and taking the time to try and make a deal. They encouraged me to come back in the future and reminded me that I am a loyal customer even though I did not make a purchase today. It was all in all a very good experience. Lastly, my service advisor Jennifer was friendly, knowledgeable and is a good example of what good customer service looks like. She took time to discuss my service needs and made sure I got what I asked for. The mechanics that installed my new battery and wipers, at the last minite, as they were closing the shop, were also friendly and professional. It goes without saying I will certainly return for my future maintenance needs and when we are finally ready to get into our next New Mazda. Thanks to everyone at Coconut Creek Mazda.
