He was the first car sales representative I've spoken to that actually owns a car he sells, which tells me a lot on the brand as I've never driven a Mazda. We found the car for me with the payments I was comfortable with. Zero hassle with financing guys, zero aggravation. There was some sort of issue with not enough financing representatives and it took a bit longer waiting then I would have liked, but they are new so I can understand working out all of the quirks. Anyways, I would definitely recommend Mazda of Coconut Creek! More

While waiting he took the time to explain our platinum protection plan and even got on the phone with our insurance and to help us save $648 a year. He fought hard for us on and off the showroom floor, he was truly an advocate for us as customers. We appreciated his honesty and commitment to us. When we were all connected with Mazda Connect he shook our hand and said he wanted us to remember that we were always his client and that this isn't the end of our time under his care. that he would always be there should we need it. Caleb possesses contemporaries that one can only pray you get in a car salesman. Both Caleb and David have restored our faith in customer dealership relationships.
