Hyundai Coconut C Loved the salespeople, working with them was great. However, when going to the service area for a maintenance check the service guy was very rude and Loved the salespeople, working with them was great. However, when going to the service area for a maintenance check the service guy was very rude and quick mannered in the way he approached me and the questions I had to ask. Seemed like he was rushing me to get out, towards the end when the car was ready he got passive and it was better. But tip for the company, this affects how customers see the dealership as a whole, a smile and a courteous attitude always goes a long way, and most importantly listening to what the customer has to say, tip for the service maintenance area. More
