I bought my Genesis here 1 year ago. Never felt customer service was great. I keep getting a promise from someone that they are working on getting back to me, but every time I ask that point of contact (someone in sales I think), I just get the same reply. For a premium brand, it's anything but from a dealership/service stand point. More
I purchased my Genesis G90 at Coconut Creek Genesis 14 months ago. That’s when I was introduced to Mark Evans, Genesis Concierge. Over the past 14 months, no one has impressed me more than Mark Evans. No matter the problem or issue, he is always there to help me. As an example, this morning I had a problem opening the lid to my concealed cup holder. I drove into the Genesis service line and I brought this to Mark’s attention. He dropped everything and surveyed the problem. He asked me for my key fob and away he drove into service. He was back in 10 minutes with a plastic comb in his hand. “Here’s the problem - fixed like new!” I never experienced that level of service from my Mercedes concierge. Buying a car is a one-time experience, but servicing your car is more personal and much more frequent. Thanks to Mark Evans at Coconut Creek Genesis, my ownership experiences have been awesome!!! 😀 More
I recently purchased a genesis in Miami and needed to schedule service closer to my home. Called to set up appointment and the man I spoke with said he would call me back 5 minutes later. 3 hours later I schedule service closer to my home. Called to set up appointment and the man I spoke with said he would call me back 5 minutes later. 3 hours later I called back only to be transferred at least 5 times and them was transferred to someone named Carol who told me she was working from home with a horrible connection. When I told her that her phone was not working properly her response was "who says its not your phone". She them gave me another number to call and when I called they said only 1 person could help me. His name was Marc. He called me back and when I explained how difficult scheduling service was he made a hundred excuses and then proceeded to tell me that he would not give me a loaner because I did not purchase the car from them. When I purchased the car Genesis sold us on the valet service and that any dealership would provide this. Marc and some of the others I spoke to were beyond rude and extremely unhelpful. All they do is make excuses for there terrible customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP More

Salesman had an attitude, was not attentive to our needs, and reminded me of an old fashion car salesman -- disappear for periods of time to come out with a price, multiple times. It's as if we were doing him a favor being there. I purchased a previous G-80 at this dealership in 2017 and had a totally different experience. Salesman was excellent and valet maintenance was superior for the life of the car. More
