Not a happy camper!!! My experience was not good. You should not let a customer leave with a new car telling them are approved then call them 10 days later saying they are My experience was not good. You should not let a customer leave with a new car telling them are approved then call them 10 days later saying they are not able to get a loan. Cocoa Hyundai responded to my review. What they seem to not understand is the reason I am upset is because the sales manager told me I was approved when in actuality I was not. Since I had not been approved at the time I should NEVER have been able to drive the new car off of the lot, not would I have wanted to drive it home. More
