Best EVER Experience! I positively love the Cocoa Hyundai dealership! I have been a customer for 3 vehicles and feel like family when I enter the showroom! Everyone is so I positively love the Cocoa Hyundai dealership! I have been a customer for 3 vehicles and feel like family when I enter the showroom! Everyone is so friendly and positive. Jeff Ribak has become a friend through my decision to change my life. He talked TO me not AT me during this process I began. I searched several other dealerships and didn't find the connection with any other salesperson - I even felt "blown off" leaving one. I went back to Cocoa Hyundai and ended up buying a used vehicle from the lot which is a different make, but I am truly glad that Cocoa Hyundai will be doing my service needs, as I didn't want to make new relationships at a different dealership this time of my life. I don't want to leave out Carlos. He did most of the paperwork to aid Jeff and was so pleasant and easy to work with. Also, as far as I'm concerned, Jon Moyle in the finance department went above and behind to find rebates, changing my GAP insurance and warranty information for my new vehicle which gave me additional down payment money! One more person to recognize is Charlotte! She is a lovely woman and so friendly! Thank you to everyone at Cocoa Hyundai!!! More
