The reason was Rick Musick. I liked the guy from the first moment. Rick is not high-pressure but friendly, informative and struck me as honest. That's a rare triple in the cut-throat world of sales. In addition, the financing (Jon Moyle) was efficient, quick and painless without the pressure to buy add-ons. I left happy with my purchase, the price, and fortunate with the addition of a new friend in Rick Musick. More

This time around I had to go in and face a real person and I was not really looking forward to it. However, Don was friendly, understanding, and made the process of leasing easy to understand and pain free. Brian in finance was fast and efficient and made sure we understood everything involved in a lease. I have already told my parents about my experience and this dealership and my mom loves the Accent...I am going to try and convince them to see Don when they are ready to get a new car in the next few months! More
