The salesmen always managed to really get me angry and I walked out, went down the road, the very same day and bought at another dealership. Once again it was time to trade my car and this time, I was successful. I started online with Carlos, told him what I was looking for and about my past experiences there. He paired me with a very nice salesman, Ali , and this was the smoothest sale I have ever experienced. I was treated respectfully and we were able to make a deal that I was satisfied with. I love my new Sonata, and would highly recommend giving Cocoa Hyundai another try, if you have had experiences like I had in the past. A new sales manager, apparently has made a big difference in customer service. More

advertised as "certified pre owned" I purchased a 2011 Genesis( March, 15') which was advertised as a certified pre owned vehicle, after I purchased the vehicle, I was told that they wou I purchased a 2011 Genesis( March, 15') which was advertised as a certified pre owned vehicle, after I purchased the vehicle, I was told that they would not warranty the vehicle for 10yr-100k. there "CPO" vehicles as advertised is supposed to include the warranty mentioned. Another ploy by the dealership to suck you in. Needless to say they lost my future business and the family's business that recommended them to me. ( they stand behind me on this backhanded issue) I waited to see if they would resolve this issue before I wrote the review. More

Fantastic Easiest new purchase ever. Great salesman. Salesman Jeff Ribak was knowledgeable and explained every detail of the vehicle I became interested in . I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! This is my first Hyundai Sonata and I love it!!! My last vehicle was a 2006 Toyota and it was a great vehicle but once I set my eyes on the Sonata I This is my first Hyundai Sonata and I love it!!! My last vehicle was a 2006 Toyota and it was a great vehicle but once I set my eyes on the Sonata I knew I no longer wanted another Toyota. I started doing my homework and going on the internet to see the stock different dealerships had and finally saw what I was looking for. I went to Cocoa Hyundai with my print out and spoke to Rick Musick and he was really great and informative. Took the vehicle for a test drive and that was all it took to convince me that this was the car I wanted. The vehicle also had extra features I was not expecting. My coworkers love it and said that I got a really good deal. I am very happy!!!! Thank you Rick!!! More
