Best EXPERIENCE that I have had with a dealership in years I went in for a service call and ended up looking at a 2015 Sonata and ended up trading my Sonata in on it. It was a deal that I could not pass up. I went in for a service call and ended up looking at a 2015 Sonata and ended up trading my Sonata in on it. It was a deal that I could not pass up. The salesman Ali Sherief went out of his way to get me the best deal. The sales manager, finance person made sure that the deal was the best that they could do, and that I was happy with it. If you need a new Hyundai this is the dealership you want to go to. When it comes to repairs I have never had a problem with there service Department. in years George (service adviser) goes out of his way to help you with your vehicle. PAINLESS!!! I never dreamed I would be able to get financed for a new, or used vehicle. I sent in the free application on line as was pre approved! I went into the dealership with an EXACT vehicle in mind and 5 minutes later was test driving it. Mike (my sales guy) was AMAZING. He knows everything about the vehicle. EVERYTHING! (He didn't even make fun of my driving) =) I instantly fell in love... with the car... no offence Mike.... LOL! I just knew I would be heart broken when I couldn't get it financed. (Enter Sheldon) Sheldon (finance manager) bent over backwards for me. He made it happen and was amazing. Not once was I intimidated or made to feel as bad as my credit score. Less than 1 hour later..... THAT NEW CAR SMELL!!! I LOVEEEEE my new car. It is amazing and the dealership as a whole is awesome. NEVER WILL I EVER buy another vehicle from another dealership!!!! THANKS GUYS!! More

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I can honestly say that I have never worked with a dealership filled with such amazing people. If it wasnt for Ali, I wouldnt be in my beautiful car that I own now. He was so eager to get me into a vehicle that I actually wanted, inform me of what I can afford and what I cannot, and he even broke down my budget with me. Every single time I step into my car, excitment overwhelms me. I feel very safe in my new vehicle, especially coming straight out of a really bad accident. There are no words that could express how greateful I am for Ali doing whatever he could to get me into this car and a million thank yous would never be enough. I am happy to be a part of this family and since the day I bought this car, I've been bragging about this dealership. People know where to go. :) More
