Buying experience Filled out the questionnaire for USAA Buying Service and within 30 seconds of hitting the send button. Wayne Spitale called. Said he had each 3 vehic Filled out the questionnaire for USAA Buying Service and within 30 seconds of hitting the send button. Wayne Spitale called. Said he had each 3 vehicles equipped to our desire in colors we wanted to see. Told us the buying service deal, chatted about the Navy, and made an appt. for the next day. The next day, lined up the 3 cars, wife picked her color, drove it, and finalized the deal. Very pleasant experience. Ron and Mike finished the process.
