He is that salesmen who dosent like the word No. He puts pressure on you , he was just plain rude and nasty. We almost didnt purchase our vehicle because of him and his attitude. When we didnt agree on a price he was so rude and walked away with an attitude and said ah xxxx and was upset. He kept trying to talk us into something we were not comfortable with and going back in forth on what our terms were. We were ready to walk out because of him then Sheldon came with a smile very kind and wanting to make a deal. He was honest and met our needs he was the reason we closed the deal. Everyone else we encounted was very professinal and made us feel comfortable and not pressured.. Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful as it is you dont want that extra pressure. Besides that i would reccomend Cocoa Hyundai. More

Not a happy camper The dealership made no money off the sale of my car. A friend of mine turned in her lease, I wanted to buy it, so it was a lay down sale. I am paying The dealership made no money off the sale of my car. A friend of mine turned in her lease, I wanted to buy it, so it was a lay down sale. I am paying almost 20,000 for a car worth 12,000 and was given the ole car dealer run around. It's their job to increase the price, I get it. But I also expect to leave with a full tank of gas and a clean car. My salesman washed the car himself, because he was told they didn't make any money off the sale, so "she gets nothing". It looked as though the car had been sprayed with a hose, and wiped down with a dirty rag. The gas tank wasn't filled either. There's a reason why people hate car dealerships....this is why. Customer service is non existent. No one called to see if I'm enjoying my car, no one asked if they could make my experience better. I complained twice and received no response. Next stop : YELP. I'm truly sorry my sale didn't bring your dealership money...ill try harder to be a little more fat in the pocket on my next car purchase....at another dealership. I know...you won't miss me. More

Friendly salespeople. The sales staff was friendly and not high-pressure or pushy. I knew what I wanted, and was treated with respect. Tucson I must say the sales people were phenomenal and went out of their way to get me the deal that I wanted. Upon driving home that day, I had a problem wi I must say the sales people were phenomenal and went out of their way to get me the deal that I wanted. Upon driving home that day, I had a problem with an illuminated light on the dash panel. I called Service and they took the car in. They supposedly fixed the issue, but the light came back on just as I was driving out of the parking lot. Back in it went. They provided me with a loaner so that I could leave my car. Even though I was pretty upset with everything that had gone on considering it was a brand new vehicle, the Service personnel and the sales people were all very sympathetic and went out of their way to help me. The next day when my car was ready to go, they even volunteered to deliver it to me since I live in Palm Bay! Awesome! More
