What happened During the discussion with the sales manager, a price was agreed on and when I went to the finance manager that price changed by almost $700.00. Then During the discussion with the sales manager, a price was agreed on and when I went to the finance manager that price changed by almost $700.00. Then when I asked the finance manager if they still used Resist All, he said they switched to Simoniz, he showed me a video about the product and added I gave you the Simoniz, I thought he actually gave it to me free, no such luck. He told me I payed $30,232 for the vehicle. which I thought was $29548. Then when I was advised about the financing he quoted me a price of $239.27 printed out the form showed me where to sign, however the price on the form was $269.27, I questioned him about this and he quickly changed it to the price he quoted me. The next day speaking with Brian he said he told me there was a coupon for the Simoniz that made it almost free, well I don't believe $799.50 is almost free. Then 2 days later talking with the sales manager about the price, he said tint and something else I don't even know what was added on. Why didn't he tell me of this added on while we were discussing the price? It's such a coincidence that when the added on stuff and the Simoniz were actually added to the price it came out to the price that was on the sticker. Plus I didn't realize the new Tuscan radio has no CD player, I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known this, it's my fault for not asking before I purchased the vehicle. I was told by Hyundai customer service that they have stopped making a radio with a CD player because technology leading to digital. Well Hyundai as far as I know is the only manufacturer that is doing this in there cars, and I can't even get an aftermarket radio put in lovely. I like the vehicle except for the radio and the price.I More

Family Keith Meguiar was very knowledgeable on all the whistles and bells. It was like he must of gone to school for all that. You asked him he knew it. I told him what I could spend and what I like. And he came up with something nicer. I was very impressed. From there the manager Brian worked with me. And then we closed it up with Ali. The car was so new it had not gone through inspection yet. So Keith drove it to my house the next morning Easter Sunday. He went over everything again and he opened the trunk and there was an Easter basket full of candy and locks for the lug nuts and cargo netting. I just had an overall great experience. More

Best Car Buying Experience Before coming to cocoa Hyundai, I looked around at several other dealerships. None of the other dealerships had the vehicle I was looking for in my pr Before coming to cocoa Hyundai, I looked around at several other dealerships. None of the other dealerships had the vehicle I was looking for in my price range and the employees just wanted to make a sale. At cocoa Hyundai, we were greeted warmly when we arrived. Unfortunately they did not have a car in my price range when we first went but I did not intend to buy that day, just look. Chuck was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and not pressured to buy something we did not want. Carlos kept in contact and we came back a week later to look at some more cars. We ended up purchasing a great Elantra for an outstanding price. One of the reasons we came back to buy at cocoa Hyundai was because of the exceptional service. Car buying is usually a terrible experience but these guys were upfront about the prices and didn't put us in a vehicle we couldn't afford. Will definitely be a customer for life. More
