2016 Tuson Ali and Karona are True professionals!!! Karona showed us several different vehicles, we test drove a couple, he explained the differences, got the on Ali and Karona are True professionals!!! Karona showed us several different vehicles, we test drove a couple, he explained the differences, got the one we picked and insured that it was ready for us to take it home! Ali went over all the options for financing and found us the best deal!!! He actually found us a better deal after we left and he called us at home the next day to let us know about it!!! This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Cocoa hyundai and this experience was better than the first!!! This was truly a great experience!!! Not A Happy Camper Bought a Car in April is Only July and the car stated making a noise took it back and they said I had chopped tires,and the warranty does not cover t Bought a Car in April is Only July and the car stated making a noise took it back and they said I had chopped tires,and the warranty does not cover that Wich that zip am ok with ,but I'm not ok with them Selling me a car n not checking the car before because if they would check the car they would known the tires were bad. I Took the car to 3 different tires Shop and they all told me who ever had the car before us never rotated the tires.I should not be responsible for putting tires on my car and is safety issue too,a car with bad tires on the road.🤔🤔🤔🤔 More

Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was able to take from us a big amount of stress involved when you buy a new car. He made the process easy, comfortable and affordable. I was able to take a test drive and walking around to find the right color, right model, my perfect car. I visited the dealership two times and NEVER he used pressure to close this deal. I came back next day, because he provide the right price with great customer service. Burt Johnson is the best and I love my new Hyundai. Brian Gore presented the financial final numbers and paperwork in a professional manner. Thanks everyone!!! More

Professional, Friendly, Fast!! Although I did not buy my 2016 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership, I got my "free" oil change here and also asked if someone familiar with the Genes Although I did not buy my 2016 Hyundai Genesis from this dealership, I got my "free" oil change here and also asked if someone familiar with the Genesis could help me with all the "bells and whistles" inside the car as I am not tech savvy. I bought the car 3 months ago and was still not sure how to operate some functions. Anyway, I dealt with 3 different men between arrival, the oil change and my car tutorial. I am horrible at remembering names but all three of these employees were fantastic! They were so nice and helpful! I appreciate the great service!! -Tara Luscavich More
