After talking with Carlos I planned to go in and check out the cars. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Chuck. He was really nice and asked "What brings me in today?", I told him I was looking for Carlos so he showed me to a seat and asked if I wanted a water or something else to drink. Once Carlos came down and introduced himself he handed me back to Chuck to look at cars. Chuck took me around the lot and we looked at a few cars. He pointed out the difference between all the cars and took us on a test drive of the car we did eventually buy. He was full of information and answered all our questions. He made everything easy and simple. We also had dealings with Ali, Brain and Sheldon, all were great guys and they really did get us a great deal on our new car. More
