The staff was very helpful with my needs that i was looking for in a vehicle. They listened to what i was looking for and was able to provide me with the best deal that would fit my needs and budget. Also my sales person Karona Meas, he was AMAZING he took the time to go over all details with me, he explained any questions that I had, he called and followed up with me to make sure that I was progressing well with my new purchase vehicle, he made sure that I was comfortable during my purchase process. I certainly have to give him a VERY BIG THANK YOU, he provided me with great customer service. Also in the fiance dept Ali who helped me was able to break down all the finances that I had concerns with and took his time with everything. Service is fine when you can get it. I bought a new 2013 Genesis three years ago with promises of free oil changes and free wash every time you come in. I live in Jacksonville and have a condo at Cocoa Beach. Most times when I call I can't get in for two or three days and I'm not here for that long. When I do get in I'm usually told that if I want a car wash, it will take an hour or more additional time to do it. I feel they are discouraging me from getting a wash. If they would hire more people that problem woul go away. When I do it in other places I get better service than that. More
