Got Car Serviced-Customer Service Leave Much to Be Desired A friend of mine recommended Cocoa Hyundai to me a while back so when it came time for my car to be serviced I decided to bring it in. I made my appoi A friend of mine recommended Cocoa Hyundai to me a while back so when it came time for my car to be serviced I decided to bring it in. I made my appointment, yada yada, day of I brought my car in. Everything was going fine, but I'm a busy person, I have places to be and things to do and I don't like being held up. Which brings me to my issue. When my car was done and it was time for me to pay, I guess the girl at the front desk thought chatting up the salesmen was more important than taking care of a paying customer. I was standing right there, I mean, come on, basic customer service 101. After several minutes of waiting, she finally decided I was important enough to get back to. Like I said I'm busy, and when I got called back because my car was done, I expect the service desk to be ready for me, and I think that's reasonable. After she decided I was worthy of her attention, she couldn't find one of my papers and mispronounced my name several times, even after I corrected her. This is the kind of service I would expect from Cars R Us, not a reputable dealer. The other service personnel were great, but it only takes one bad employee to ruin the experience. I'm very disappointed. More
