Explained the cars different systems and set up my Bluetooth for me before I left the dealership. Called to set up my appointment for the clear coating to be done. Had my seats changed from cloth to leather and he assisted me in choosing a matching color for my interior, set up the appointment and called promptly when my car was ready for pick up. Bait and switch I thought I was buying a G90 until I was signing the paperwork and noticed the G80 in one of the boxes. I have had very bad experiences with buying cars in the past. He made this experience more comfortable and he was very knowledgeable. After we drove the car off the lot, being that it is a vehicle with a lot of new features that I'm not familiar with, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He also offered to help with any future questions I might have with the features! He answered all my questions. The next time I buy a car from Hyundai I will be asking for him to be my car dealer!
