Crooks! In June 2016 I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT. I found out later, after trying to refinance the car to get a lower payment and trying to trade the In June 2016 I bought a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT. I found out later, after trying to refinance the car to get a lower payment and trying to trade the car in for a bigger vehicle to accomodate a growing family that they screwed me over by overcharging me by $14,000. My husband wrote a negative review of them on social media. They contacted him and wanted to try to make it right. Turns out them trying to make it right was a big waste of. 3 hours of our day. They basically in the end told us we owed too much in negative equity, which is because of them. Thanks Cocoa Hyundai we are now stuck with a car that is too small for our family because of you, since no one will refinance it or take it as a trade. More

First New Car Experience At first I was very satisfied with what happened. Got a car I loved, but was NOT made aware of anything pricing wise. I was lead in with an ad on Crai At first I was very satisfied with what happened. Got a car I loved, but was NOT made aware of anything pricing wise. I was lead in with an ad on Craigslist for an 2013 Hyundai Elantra listed at $9,997 (plus dealer fees). I left with a different 2013 and would have ended up paying $30,000 for a 2013 with 27,000 miles on it. Was not pleased when reviewing the paperwork and saw that I had a 20% interest rate, which was never conveyed to me, with a credit score over 650. Luckily they resolved the situation and provided me with better terms for a newer car that I love. Ali was very thorough and understanding and helped me tremendously when purchasing my new 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Brandon was awesome as well with showing me the specs of the cars shown. He even gave me cupcakes. Overall my experience was nice but unnessesarily stressful. More
