I came to this dealership already knowing what I wanted to look at and Marty was happy to help me out. He was very laid back and didn't make me feel pressured in any way. Marty also made sure I knew exactl to look at and Marty was happy to help me out. He was very laid back and didn't make me feel pressured in any way. i stopped in your showroom this past monday am.no one was at your front desk.so i stopped back in about an hour and your receptionist told me everyone was in a meeting.at this point i considered not coming at your front desk.so i stopped back in about an hour and your receptionist told me everyone was in a meeting.at this point i considered not coming back in the showroom a third time,it should not be this difficult to buy a car.however ,i came back in that afternoon and met scott.i told him about the problem and he decided to get paul involved.he apologized for the inconvience and proceeded to give me pricing on the 2013 touareg.they were courteous and professional.i received an initial better price from cochran than my previous quote from another dealer,being a small business owner,i liked not getting a full retail quote and having to play games to get a fair price.my experience with scott ranks as a 5.he came to work on his day off to close the sale.he answered my questions and gave me a demonstration of the touareg features.my total experience would have been a 5 if i would have met scott on my initial visit. More

The team here at Cochran VW South Hills was extremely professional and friendly making it very easy to do business with them. Despite being a very busy time of the year, they were all very generous with professional and friendly making it very easy to do business with them.
