Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a routine inspection on a vehicle we purchased a year before there (sales team is awesome) for what it’s worth. Dropped the car off the evening before...as the apt was to have happened the following morning. After no call from anyone by the end of the day to pick up, I phone them. They said that someone didn’t show to work and the car wasn’t going to be done. I explained I traveled the next day and needed it to be done, and would pick it up at close. Again, no phone call. It’s now an entire 48 hours later from the appointment time and nobody has reached me on status. On hold now waiting to speak to someone...from a call I initiated to figure out why a 2017 Jetta is taking so long to inspect. Don’t take appointments if you can’t keep them. I will no longer bring my vehicle in to be serviced there. More

I took it back two more times and was charged $1100. A very big headache! Took it to district court. Al Carney straight up lied about the circumstances. Judge Wagner kept interrupting me to side with Carney's story. Over and done with now. Don't go there! No wonder their ratings are low! More
