When I went to Cochran Mazda to purchase my CX30 I felt immediately at ease. My sales rep, Miranda, was so kind and patient. Really heartless have no compassion very very very deceptive. Now I have a car and and cannot even take my family on any kind of trip because of the deception of Dominic Hussion and David King. They assured me that the car was in A 1 shape now only 4mos after buying the car, I've had to replace tires the fuel went out and had to be replaced, i had to replace all 4 brake rotors and pads, and now the front struts have to be replaced the vent valve which they supposedly fixed is making noise, and for the life of me i cannot understand how this car passed inspection. me and my family don't have a lot of money for repairs. at least they could offer to help. They Knew that car needed work yet they sold it to me an way. can some one please help me and my family with this issue?? More

Before walking in there I was extremely scared because I have never bought a car on my own before. My ex husband always has done it for us. I always feared car salesman. Afraid they would sell me an extra feature on the car I didn’t need or say something I wouldn’t understand or be too pushy which I do not like at all or talk to you much.Then I met Dominic Hussion. He was the opposite of everything I feared. Explained everything,everything in a super easy way. All the different car Features, showed me how everything works,all the different gadgets. Broke down all the prices,what it would be a month. Was super patient with me. Never ever pushy he listened more than talked and I truly appreciate it that.He has so much knowledge and answered all of my questions. Truly put me at ease. The manger came out and introduced himself and said hello each time we were there.
