I recently bought a new Mazda at Cochran Mazda North Hills. It was my first experience buying a new car and the team there could not have been more helpful. My first visit I worked with Thomas who accom Hills. It was my first experience buying a new car and the team there could not have been more helpful. My first visit I worked with Thomas who accompanied me on a test drive in a CX-5 which I new was the model I wanted. He explained the different models and their benefits. After my first visit they presented me with some options of new 2023 models and their availability. We chose one of the models and then waiting for it to arrive. Once it arrived we went to the dealership and got familiar with my new vehicle. I worked with Matt in the finance department to get my plan worked out. He was super transparent about our options for warranties, payments and each document we went through. Overall the whole experience from start to finish was great! As a first time new car buyer I was nervous about the process but the team made it stress free and answered all my questions. I would definitely encourage anyone to work with them! They allowed us to test drive the vehicle multiple times to assure we were making the right decision for us. We haven't gone in person to a car dealer for a very long time. The reason being that most dealerships that we have dealt with are pushy, rude, and annoying to the point that we would go elsewhere to buy a time. We had a very good experience at Cochran Mazda. We purchased a 2021 Mazda CX3 with only about 1750 miles. John Huebner was polite, respectful and willing to answer all of our questions. He also offered to answer any other questions we may have in the future. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. I would recommend for anyone considering buying a Mazda to go here and definitely ask for John. More
