As far as I know, these guys got the best prices in the Pittsburgh market, and their trade-in estimate is firm and could be done completely online. I had the opportunity to have Dominic Hussion handle my sales. The whole process was seamless, except for a little and innocent mistake on financing. Communication was excellent. Dominic knows the right words to say to customers, and he responds to emails and texts within an hour. Asides from going to the office to test drive, every other thing was handled online. Also, you are allowed to test drive on your own and for as long as you want. I'll definitely buy my next car with this company. More

I stopped at this dealership on 8/13/21. I was interested in purchasing a CX5 and had a 2014 Honda CRV, which I purchased new, to trade in. The appraiser checked my car over and ran a carfax report. My car h in purchasing a CX5 and had a 2014 Honda CRV, which I purchased new, to trade in. The appraiser checked my car over and ran a carfax report. My car has never been in an accident. According to carfax there was moderate right side damage reported on 10/30/15. Nothing on the report about the source of the information and no report of having it repaired. I was told that I had to get it off of the report in order to get my car’s true value. I guess in their eyes carfax never makes a mistake and I am automatically guilty until I can prove otherwise. AutoCheck showed no accidents. Fortunately for me all dealers don’t hold carfax reports to such a high esteem and use a little common sense. I did file a discrepancy claim to carfax on 8/13/21 and the accident was removed on 8/24/21 More
