I initially visited this dealership to test drive a G37x. From my past car buying experience I figured my best deal was going to be from out-of-state dealerships (VA, MD, or OH). So I first went that route and had 2 dealerships competing against each other (one from VA and one from OH) for my business. I pretty much decided on the OH deal and visited this dealership, as it is local, to give the car one last glance over before pulling the trigger. I told Jeff what the offer was and we talked with the GM (Shawn) about options. They first came in about $500 over the competing offer. The next day I called and they knocked it down by another $200. Just enough to justify not having to drive to OH. All said and done, I was really surprised that they even came close to the other deals. I called 4 other dealerships and they couldn't get within a few thousand dollars of my offers. That day I filled out the online finance application and emailed my driver's license. A few hours later I went to the dealership, signed the paperwork in about 15 minutes, sat with Jeff for a half-hour going over all the car's features, then drove off the lot. Incredibly simple, stress-free buying experience. Will definitely recommend everyone giving them a shot for your business. Thanks guys! More

Steve Phillips did not take me seriously when I walked in and told him that I was getting 2 cars from him for my self and cousin. Once he realized that it was happening things changed especially when Moe Shu and told him that I was getting 2 cars from him for my self and cousin. Once he realized that it was happening things changed especially when Moe Shuman came to help. I came to know that I had known Moes family and I guess that he told them we were not window shoppers. When I entered the dealership the receptionist was very friendly and called for Jeff Comin to come to the desk. Jeff met me with a smile and we went to see the car I was interested in. We did a walk around and then Jeff and I got in the G37x and got ready for a test drive. Jeff gave me a tutorial on the navigation system, Bluetooth, and controls in general of the car. It was very thorough. The test drive was long enough for me to get a feel for the car. We we returned to the dealership, Jeff set up my phone so it would communicate with the G37x. Then I met with Heyward Penn and did the financing for the sale. He was very thorough as well. Each asked if I had any questions and I really couldn't think of anything since they had both covered the sale very well. I was told by them both that if I had any questions or issues I was to call them. Jeff told me to call if I couldn't figure out how something worked on the car and he'd walk me through it. When you are buying a luxury sport sedan, even if it is used, you are spending a lot of money on the vehicle. When I left the dealership, I felt that I had spent my money wisely and included in the price of my G37x came the services of Jeff and Heyward. They represent Cochran Infiniti very well. More

This is the third Infiniti that purchased at Cochran, they are able to immediately identify your needs, price range and they do what they can to make the deal happen. I don't even know why I even conside they are able to immediately identify your needs, price range and they do what they can to make the deal happen. I don't even know why I even considered visiting another dealer (Valley Honda). I am a customer for life, the sales department and service department are second to none. The used car sales people are wonderful; they will see that you can ride in luxury without a huge bankroll. I have never been disappointed, they treat you as a valued customer not just someone off the street that can make them a commission. They have more vehicles than any other dealer and are all in one area to make your choice easy. Thank you Cochran! More
I am 64 years old and have bought near a dozen new cars in my life. i have not really enjoyed the process ever. Well I guess the odds were in my favor because for the first time in my life i can truly say that I am completely happy with this new car purchase. I find that the internet makes things much easier and I encourage everyone to use it. It can be a valuable tool. I did rather extensive research on several luxury sedans and coupes from different makers over a two week period and narrowed my choice down to two. The first was a Jaguar XF sedan and the second an Infiniti G37 coupe. I visited the Jag dealer first and test drove the vehicle but was given less than stellar assistance by the salesman. Also the price break was minimal. Next I visited Cochran Infiniti of Monroeville after being quoted a very nice 'internet' price. They did not have the car I wanted in their inventory but assured me that they would locate it for me. Well after visiting the dealership with my wife and browsing their rather considerable stock of coupes we decided to purchase a much more option laden car than originally planned. And not because of any hard sell or pressure from the salesman. Our salesman Bernie Diloreto was most helpful, quite pleasant, extremely polite, genuinely friendly, impressively informative and most of all very patient with my wife's numerous questions. After we had been there for quite sometime and had taken a test drive where Bernie went over the car's impressive features and answered further questions, he introduced us to Shawn Kukic, the sales manager. Shawn was very cordial and never once seemed to be pressing the deal or being phony. There was ni hint of all the 'tricks' I was so familiar with after a lifetime of new car purchases. He and my wife hit it off grandly and were exchanging stories about family and work while Bernie and I were settling details about price, trade-in value on my car and other arrangements. We stayed past closing time but did not get the feeling of being rushed at all. We came back two nights later with a different car to trade and I felt that the price they offered was very fair as was the offer they made on our first trade the first night. With Shawn's assistance we closed the deal and we were introduced to Heyward Penn the other manager who would help us through the paperwork. Hayward was just as impressive as Shawn in his manner and seemed just as genuine and friendly as the other two gentlemen. Again we were there past closing time and no one seemed anxious nor impatient. I told them all there and then that it was absolutely the best new car buying experience I have ever had and possibly the only good experience I have ever had. I love the car. I felt no pressure. I actually enjoyed my time there. I can highly recommend Cochran Infiniti based on my personal experience. Oh, and by the way, I have never written a review before as I was never impressed enough with any service or product. At his invitation, Bernie and I are meeting next week so that he can answer any questions I may have after familiarizing myself with the car. I have never had that offer before. More
I decided it was time to replace my 2004 G35x. I initiated an on-line inquiry. When I stopped at the dealership to take a test drive of a G37 with the sport package, Chris met me at the door. We took the drive, reviewed inventory available with the fetaures I wanted, and discussed the value of my trade in. I couldn't pass up the deal, so ordered a car. Chris followed up to advise he was gettign the car from outside Philly, had ordered the spolier/grille I wanted, and arranged for me to pick it up the next week. The car was ready when promised. Chris went through the new features of the car in a very efficient manner - he didn't waste my time reviewing buttons that were the same as the 2004 model. I would recommend Chris to anyone interested in buying an Infiniti. He was knowledgeable about the Infiniti products and the whole delivery process. He streamlined it to avoid wasting my time - which was greatly appreciated! More
This was my 3rd purchase at Cochran, and my 2nd Infiniti. I visited a few other dealerships in the past, but none has been as friendly, professional, or competitively priced as Cochran Infiniti. From the initial experience of walking into the door, Steve was welcoming and offered me assorted beverages and snacks (a nice touch). The dealership is immaculately clean, which to me reflects on the quality of the service. I have been in some dirty dealerships and you feel like you are getting a poor deal from the moment you step inside. I ended up getting a G37xS, and was helped the whole way through the process by Steve. We went on a test drive, and I was offered no time limit or felt pressured or rushed while I tried out the vehicle (even when I hit the gas and almost flew through a light). After I decided on which vehicle and options, Heyward walked me through the financing options for the vehicle. Normally financial guys trying to pull the ringer on you, but Heyward very clearly showed me which vehicles were available, price points, and options I had. I ended up getting a great deal from him, and the signing process was a breeze. Finally, when I picked up the car, Steve walked me through every option on the vehicle and how they worked. His knowledge of the car and the technology was excellent - there wasn't a single question he couldn't answer. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this dealership, the friendly people, and courteous service. More
