Bailie Hazlett's attention to our QX over those 10 years was incredible. She frequently made suggestions that not only saved us money; but also allowed us a sense of confidence in our aging vehicle. From the very start of the sales experience of the JX35, we were treated like royalty. Steve Phillips "super salesman" made us comfortable with the purchase / lease. His knowledge of this vehicle was incredible. He went over EVERYTHING and there is a lot to learn about the technology in this vehicle. Heyward Penn helped make the "sign on the line" seem less painful. Haven't had a car payment in a long time but we know this vehicle will last us another 10 years. The experience that I had at Cochran Infiniti was unlike any other I've had at a dealership before. I have bought several cars in the past, and recently was involved in helping 2 family members buy new cars any other I've had at a dealership before. The contrast between my experience at Cochran Infiniti and the other dealerships was quite stark. The sales staff all operate as a team and are relaxed and very informative. They do not try to pressure a sale out of you, but are more than happy and eager to assist you with whatever your concerns may be. I dealt with Chris and Bernie on the sales team, and their manager Heyward. All of them were very down to earth, knowledgable, and you coudl tell that they enjoyed working together. Once I made my decision, the finance portion of the sale was quite straight forward and efficient, unlike at most dealerships I have been to. They did a great job at explaining all of the technology that is in the car (which for Infiniti there is a lot), and also went over in detail the various programs that Infinit offers to owners. I would high recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone in the market for a car. I really enjoyed the experience and love my new Infiniti. More
