Wow is the best word to describe the experience of Cochran Infiniti Monroeville. Bailie Hazlett's attention to our QX over those 10 years was incredible. She frequently made suggestions that not only saved us money; but also allowed us a sense of confidence in our aging vehicle. From the very start of the sales experience of the JX35, we were treated like royalty. Steve Phillips "super salesman" made us comfortable with the purchase / lease. His knowledge of this vehicle was incredible. He went over EVERYTHING and there is a lot to learn about the technology in this vehicle. Heyward Penn helped make the "sign on the line" seem less painful. Haven't had a car payment in a long time but we know this vehicle will last us another 10 years.
