Worst experience ever! No Care for Customer. Bought a used qx56 and it has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Have had the car almost 4 months and it has been in for service 3 times for electrical problems that they cannot seem to find. Wife and kids have been stranded multiple times and I have had to go pick them up due to the vehicle not starting or moving and acting like it was dead. Have called the dealership, left messages, very hard to get ahold of anybody and nobody has called me back and it has been almost 4 days since I was complaining the last time. Just a total nightmare of a dealership. Very unhappy with everything and wish I could just get my money back and go elsewhere. I would not recommend an Infiniti to anybody in the future and I have never had a car do this to me and I am 40 years old. Do you have any idea of how embarrassing it is when you go to start your car in front of people and it acts all funny or it doesn't start at all and you have to call for somebody to come pick you up or assist you. Also at the time of purchase a vehicle smelled fine but within 3 to 4 days it started to smell like stagnant stale smoke. They covered up the smoke pretty good but it wore off and we have had to deal with the smell of faint smoke in the vehicle with the kids which is very frustrating for spending that much money on a car. I guess I will patiently sit here and wait for a call back but I'm not holding my breath. I don't know what else to say. I can't call anymore because you spend all your time on the automated system or in a voice mailbox that nobody returns calls too. More

The customer waiting room is the most comfortable I've ever been in- nice CLEAN women's bathroom, coffee bar with lots of choices, cold bottled water, Nature Valley granola bars to snack on, EASILY ACCESSIBLE POWER OUTLETS, comfortable chairs, and a TV. More

Supreme Dealership! After test driving multiple suvs, I decided the ONLY suv I would buy was an FX35. Being from Buffalo, awd SUVs were starting to become a little scarce, especially this type. After searching countless hours on the Internet, I found an Infiniti FX35 that I was interested in on Cochran's website. This place was 180 miles from where I live. I called the dealership and spoke with Bernie. He told me he would personally go look at the fx35 and tell me every single flaw, so that I didn't drive all the way there and be disappointed. And that's exactly what he did. He was extremely honest with me and told me every single flaw, which there really wasn't many. My friend and I drove down there that weekend to test drive it. Bernie was so knowledgeable about this vehicle. He was extremely patient with me being super particular about things. I decided I wanted to buy it, and they gave me an awesome price, so I purchased it. The customer service was amazing the entire process. On the way home, I noticed something with the alignment that I did not notice during the test drive. I really thought I was going to have to pay for it since the deal was done and I live over 180 miles away. I was wrong. I called them the next day and they ended up paying another dealership closer to my house to get the work done. This is proof they really care about their reputation. It was completely out of the dealerships pocket...I didn't buy an extended warranty. Since I was an out of state customer, getting everything taxed and titled correctly was a little difficult, but not with them. They stayed in contact with me often, letting me know how long things would take and each step they were taking. To anyone who's wanting an Infiniti, come to this location. You will not regret it, even if you live super far away like I do. My friend is wanting to buy a car from them in the summer because of how well they treat and value their customers. Yes, she will be buying it through Bernie. There's so many more positive things I could say, but I figured my review is longer than anyone else's so I'll stop. More

Everyone was so helpful and friendly, from the time I walked in the door until the deal was done. Even after the sale, Brian the salesman called to see how I was doing, and how I liked the car. More
Issues Resolved I had some issues, one major, few minor. Got in touch with Leslie, she got me hooked up with Shawn and baddah bing, baddah boom. Issues resolved. I understood I couldn't get every little thing taken care of, but he gave me a fair offer and I am more than satisfied with it. I was at my wits end with this and Shawn and Leslie pulled it out for me in the clutch. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership if Shawn and Leslie were working the front line.
