Terrible customer service.... getting better If zero stars was an option, that would better describe the service provided by this dealership. Not only did they make me an appointment for body work with a loaner vehicle and then tell me that I couldn't keep the loaner vehicle during the body service (because their body shop is in Cranberry....not sure what that has to do with anything) but also said they wouldn't be able to do the body work until the following week. To make everything even worse, when I took my car elsewhere for an estimate, I was told that the previous repair done by the dealership was terrible and would require more work and money to repair in order to fix the shoddy job. I bought a luxury car for a reason.....the first benefit if owning an Infiniti on the Infiniti USA website is service and courtesy vehicles.....neither of which this dealership provides. I will go out of my way in the future to never give business to any Cochran dealership and let everyone I know to do the same. The dealership has contacted me and is trying to make this right and being very accommodating. More to come..... More

It is quite an operation, and the facilities are top notch. The waiting area, internet, amenities, etc (although I did struggle a bit with the coffee/espresso machine!) were top notch as well. More

This place was much better when it was in Monroeville. You should be disgusted with yourselves. I guess somebody has to pay for that brand new building, but it won’t be me. I went to another dealership in Ohio and they fixed it right the first time for a couple hundred dollars. More
Horrible I purchased a vehicle from Cochran Infinity in July of 2015, unfortunately I totaled my vehicle on October 19th, 2017. I had service contracts that ne I purchased a vehicle from Cochran Infinity in July of 2015, unfortunately I totaled my vehicle on October 19th, 2017. I had service contracts that needed cancelled so the funds from the cancellation can be sent to my lender. I contacted Cochran and Miranda answered and I asked her who do I speak with and she stated Scott Mann but he was busy so she had to take a message for him to get back with me, well he never did.I called about 30 more times and sent numerous emails to Miranda over the past 2 1/2 months stating what my lender needed and easy care gap which they never provided any documents. I had to make a special trip to the store to speak to Scott directly on 12-19-17. My insurance and easy care gap paid the car off back in November but my lender is still waiting on the money from my cancellations which Cochran owns them and it’s collected interest which I will be responsible for because after you purchase your vehicle they don’t want anything to do with you! Today is January 1st 2018 and my lender has yet to receive a check from Cochran Infinity !!! Do not buy from this specific location you will not be happy after your purchase!!! More
Unknowledgeable salesperson I have purchased all of my vehicles for the last 16 years from Cochran with wonderful buying experiences but this last experience was pretty awful. The salesperson knew very little of the vehicle that I was interested in and actually spent 5 min telling me to push a button and explained a feature that the car didn't even have, but they were able to tell me all about their life story. I found it frustrating that the salesperson was unable to answer many of my questions and had to keep running to get the sales manager to assist them- these were basic questions about vehicle options, availability on their lot, etc. I also received multiple phone calls from them "checking in" but never had new information to give me. I ended up buying from a competitor as I really felt like they didn't care about their customers or their brand and when I'm buying a $60k vehicle, that is important! More
Nightmare from 1st week Quick and easy buying the car but the following week the sales people don't want anything to do with you. I also bought warranties. When you drive that car off after you purchase it is your problem, no longer theirs. After the 2nd week the seat base needed replaced not a big deal you would think. I took it in for service and it ended up being there a month to change the seat base. It was also at 2 other Nissan dealers as well in that time frame so 3 all together. None of the mechanics could figure out how to put the seat base back together. I finally did get the car back, so I get the car back and now anywhere I go and turn off the car, it won't start back up, basically the battery dies so had to drive around with jumper cables or have AAA On speed dial. Also the car I noticed was running more loud than before. It was in and out of the dealership for these problems now and they did the parasitic test and other tests because they said it had nothing to do with the seat base being changed. They ended up changing my battery and also saying I had a leak in my exhaust. I wondered how it passed Inspection/ emission with a leak and they said it always doesn't show up. I have dealt with quite a handful of employees and most don't even work their anymore because there turnover is over the roof. So battery is replaced and I thought they changed the bar on the exhaust which later I found out they welded it, they also wanted me to pay $700 for the exhaust for a car I jus purchased. I get my car back again and I drive it for a few weeks and the cars battery dies and won't start again and it still doesn't sound to be running right. It goes back to the dealer again and they changed the new battery that they just replaced and said sometimes the new battery's just are not good battery's so they put another new one in. They also checked my exhaust and now it's not the bar that is the problem, it's a cracked manifold so they replace that. I can add a bunch more in but trying to make this as short as possible or I would be writing a book. I get it back and drive for awhile and here it is a year later and I take my car there to get inspected,emissions and it won't pass because guess what....... The exhaust!!! Stay away from this place there is a million other dealers you can buy from!! They have had my car more than I have had it in the year to actually enjoy it!! I can also go into the squeals, tire maintenance, lights coming on and other little things as well but just want everyone to know in my 38 years making purchases this has been my worst ever experience and don't get to comfortable dealing with one person because two weeks later they don't even work there anymore!! The only good thing I received from this experience was that they provided me with loaner cars everytime to get to work!! Also this is the 1st time I have ever wrote a review on anyone's page and I put it off for a year giving them the benefit that they would make things right but I should have went with my gut!! More

Showing me costs for the same vehicle at other dealership hundreds of miles away. Jeff was my salesman and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. My car has been in for service several times, and the guys in their service department are absolutely the best. Chis and Kristen go out of their way to make things right. Even on short notice they are able to accommodate me. They always take the time to answer my questions and even go on ride alongs to help address the issue no matter how insignificant it may be. On top of their ability to help me, they are normal regular people, they don't great you with a fake smile, and they are easy to get along with. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. More
