However, what impressed me the most was Brad's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure EVERYTHING was taken care of for this transaction – all those little necessary details that you have to deal with for a car -- Brad went ahead and did that for me because he is THAT good and cares about the customer and their satisfaction that much: he called my insurance agent and had everything changed around on my policy, he called my current lienholder because of a question I had, and best of all - offered to drive the car home for me so I could take the car I came to Coccia in back home. When buying a car in the past, I never had a salesman like Brad who went the extra mile. As well, I also received assistance from one of the sales managers, Dave – who kept tabs on me throughout the transaction to ensure my satisfaction was being met. All in all, I am more than ecstatic with my Coccia Ford experience and they definitely will have me as a repeat customer next time I am in the market for a car! More
