Excellent Experience, exceptional car! I cannot say enough about Coccia Ford Lincoln. Our sales guru was Brad Dwyer and he was professional, courteous and funny. He took the time to go through the entire system of the 2012 Lincoln MKS we purchased, which was a lot and even synced up my phone with it. We had an issue with the door panel access to our car and as promised, he set it up with service to have it repaired. He stayed in touch to let us know what was going on. The Lincoln MKS is GORGEOUS. It was in showroom shape and we got a great deal on it. Brad made sure the oil was changed and had a full tank of gas for us to hit the road. The Lincoln showroom was beautiful and even though we were buying VERY used, we were treated as if we were buying one of the brand new cars off the floor. Financing was easy. We were able to give the majority of our information over the phone, once we decided on the car we wanted and Coccia worked to get all of the paperwork together for our pickup the following day. It took one hour and we were out the door. I would recommend Brad Dwyer and Coccia Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for ease in purchase and a professional car buying experience. More
