Like several other people, purchased a car and literally on the way home the check Engine light came on. Car needed a repair that was close to 4k. The dealership offered no assistance. Appears to be Several people with the exact same experience. I’m convinced they knowingly purchase cars that are faulty and just reset the warning lights so they can get them off the lot. Owner is shady. DO NOT SHOP HERE More

Seriously stay away. ...Bought a great(so I thought) car for my 17 year son, he was with us and the salesmen was aware it was for a kid!....Paid cash was never offered an ...Bought a great(so I thought) car for my 17 year son, he was with us and the salesmen was aware it was for a kid!....Paid cash was never offered an extended warranty nor did I sign anything declining a warranty. Car lasted 28 days before the engine blew and left a 17 year old stranded on the side of I-75 during rush hour!! Called and spoke to someone and was advised I should have taken the extended warranty that I was never made aware of....I was also advised I'd be hearing from management quickly....Still no call. They knew this car was for a child and yet they sold us a paperweight and have pretty much said sorry not sorry! This place has luxury in the name but nothing about it is luxury! Beware of the sharks here! More

I responded to the ad, I emailed and text several times about a truck I really liked and was a cash buyer and never got a email back or a text. Looks like they don't need to sell one! Sales rep was very nice while on the lot however there was no follow up as we had been looking at one vehicle that we were willing to buy in cash. Didn't disclose everything about the vehicle until I made the six hour drive there. I ended up pursuing a different vehicle, half way hone, the engine light came on and afterwards I realized they did not do the six hour drive there. Not saying all their vehicles are like that but this most definitely is a no for me. More
