After several unsuccessful attempts to negotiate a deal on a 2011 Wrangler with a well-known San Diego Jeep dealership, we considered waiting and researched the possibility of purchasing a forthcoming 2012 on a 2011 Wrangler with a well-known San Diego Jeep dealership, we considered waiting and researched the possibility of purchasing a forthcoming 2012 model. A quick internet search took us directly to the Orange Coast Chrysler/Jeep dealership's site, and we located no less than five vehicles listed that met our specific requirements. A brief phone call to the Costa Mesa location proved successful - not only did they have the 2012 models on the lot ready to sell, but they had two identical vehicles at the San Juan Capistrano location. Within 10 minutes, we were contacted by Fleet Sales Manager, John Harnett, from the San Juan Cap location, and he confirmed the vehicle availability and the discounted price as listed on the dealership's website. We had already done our research and knew what we wanted, and the price was even better than the 2011 model that came with fewer options. For us, it was a no-brainer. We made an appointment to meet with John on Saturday, and in the meantime, applied for financing through the dealership's online credit link. On Saturday, we met John, and he had the car out and ready for us to test drive. After a quick test drive, and a few minutes finishing the credit app process, we signed papers and drove home in our brand new (gorgeous) Jeep Wrangler. It was, without a doubt, the most painless, stress-free, no regret, car buying process we have ever experienced.
