Oil Change - Tire Rotation - Fuel Injection Service I brought my 2019 Atlas in for an Oil Change and Tire rotation. Along with that a Fuel Injection Service was suggested. Will be taking my car to another service station I was not happy with my experience at Coastal. I had brought my car in for an oil change and because I was getting water in the drivers side. Water wa I was not happy with my experience at Coastal. I had brought my car in for an oil change and because I was getting water in the drivers side. Water was accumulating in the storage container on the dash to the left of the steering wheel. When I picked up my car the water was still in the container, no one emptied it out after fixing the problem. Not sure how they could tell it still wasn’t leaking if they didn’t empty it to begin with. Also I was told that if I had brought it in on my 30,000 check it would have been found. I had 32,000 miles on my car that day. I also had to tell them I did have my 30,000 check done only I had done it early at 26,000. It hadn’t been found at that visit. I also felt pressure to have other things done to my car that day. I had told the person on the phone the day I made the appt that I was just having oil change and having the water issue dealt with. He went on to offer tires and the fuel injector flush and I said I could not have those done at present. The day I dropped it off I was offered the above again and then received a video offering the same. I felt I was being pressured and did not feel comfortable with this hard sell. The dealership has Lyft rides available to help in scenarios where another car is needed. We did not need this but it was nice to know that there were arrangements available. I thought everybody was very nice & Knowledgeable. My VW sounds & drives like she's brand new - and she is 16 years old! More
