I've had my wifes 2017 Golf Alltrack Wagon in three times now for a leak in the sunroof (water leaks onto your lap from the ceiling control console). First time they said they knew of the problem and claime now for a leak in the sunroof (water leaks onto your lap from the ceiling control console). First time they said they knew of the problem and claimed to fix it. Second time they claimed a factory recall and claimed to have fixed it. Third time they blamed the company that replaced the windshield even though Safelight came out and looked at it and said there's no way it's leaking through the windshield (which makes sense since the console is above the windshield!). This is simply unacceptable and the dealership's willingness to (a) charge me for 'diagnostics' and (b) attempt to blame others for well documented design issues is sad. I like VW, but they have a well documented problem with the sunroof which they refuse to fix/address. Service manager emailed me a few weeks ago to make sure I give them a positive review, or let them know what issues we are having so they could rectify them -I responded but have yet to hear a peep from them. More
