They rotated my tires. While doing so stripped out two of the lug holes. Went to have new tires installed and they point out the stripped out holes. Had appointment to replace tire 7:30 am. After an hour I was told they didn’t have the tire!! Finally found the tire. No appointment was entered in the computer. Extremely disappointed.
