The service center was the reason why I knew this was the dealership to purchase a new car from when the time arrived. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and patient. The sales team was able to find me dealership to purchase a new car from when the time arrived. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and patient. The sales team was able to find me a car to purchase, but things are different in a Post-pandemic world. I gave an excellent rating because they did provide me with the exact car I wanted. The interest rate was not factored into my rating. The finance manager did provide me a lower rate when I asked but the rate is still too high. This was not factored into my rating. More

The car was dropped off with almost all warning lights on. The problem was diagnosed as faulty speed sensors. The speed sensors and front wheel bearings were replaced and the warning lights went. The only issue is that now there is a very light squeal that is totally intermittent. I have yet to bring the vehicle back in to determine the cause of the squeal. More

Was not impressed with the overall quality and presentation of the car. Was not given a proper clean out found someone debit card covered in dog hair inbetween seats. Both key fob batteries died i presentation of the car. Was not given a proper clean out found someone debit card covered in dog hair inbetween seats. Both key fob batteries died in less than a year and the headlamps. These things should have been changed in my opinion. The radio was also broken when I purchased . Just very poor sloppy work from done More

We took my car in because the Bluetooth call feature would echo my voice to whoever I called. They said the sensor failed. Replaced the sensor. Then the next day, my fiancé called me and the echo co would echo my voice to whoever I called. They said the sensor failed. Replaced the sensor. Then the next day, my fiancé called me and the echo continued to happen whenever I would talk. It’s inconvenient that I have a Bluetooth equipped car yet I need to talk with my phone on speaker because the sensor continues to fail. I have numerous videos showing that the breaks squeak but your technicians “can’t replicate” the issue. How is it that I have video evidence of my breaks squeaking every single day and some how Coastal VW technicians don’t hear it? Not once did my breaks squeak prior to the replacement done by Coastal this year. This will be the 4th or 5th time my car has been in their shop since April. That’s a bit ridiculous for 2023 model.
