When pointing out the fake fees that they added to the sales price of the vehicle they said they were legitimate fees. Dealer prep was nothing more than a car wash. The service guy were good,But was not happy with the outcome .Brought car in for noisy wipers, was told nothing wrong with the way they were torque down that it was the blades ,the blades were only 6 outcome .Brought car in for noisy wipers, was told nothing wrong with the way they were torque down that it was the blades ,the blades were only 6 months old . Did not like the answer ,then was told they could replace for 62 dollars.I did it but thought about that means every 6 months have to replace at 134 dollars ayear that is un heard of my car is 2023. Of all the brands of cars I have had never had this problem. Not happy at all. More
